Our Services
Our creative and practical workshops are designed to build confidence, spark new skills, and encourage self-expression. From art and journaling to everyday life skills, each session is supportive, hands-on, and focused on your growth.
You don’t have to walk this path alone. Our group mentoring sessions bring women and girls together in a safe, guided space where experiences can be shared, encouragement is given, and community connections are built.
We believe in empowering women to rediscover their inner strength. Through structured activities and supportive conversations, we focus on building self-esteem, emotional resilience, and the tools needed to face life’s challenges with confidence.
HER Path is more than a service. It’s a community. We create opportunities for women and girls to connect, grow, and celebrate achievements together. Every step forward, no matter how small, is recognised and valued.

Who we are
HER Path is a community-led project dedicated to supporting vulnerable women and girls in Stoke-on-Trent from the ages of 12+. We exist to provide a safe, welcoming, female only space where every woman feels seen, heard, and supported. Especially those at risk of grooming, exploitation, abuse, poverty, homelessness, mental health struggles, or social isolation.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for vulnerable women and girls, where they can access personalised support that meets their individual needs. Through compassionate care, group mentoring, and skill-building opportunities, we help them rebuild their lives and move forward with confidence and independence.
Our Vision
Our vision is a Stoke-on-Trent where every vulnerable woman and girl has the chance to walk her own path toward hope, empowerment, and resilience, supported by a safe community, tailored care, and the tools to rebuild her life with confidence and dignity.
